Quality management system policy statement

To meet the needs and wants of the customers, SIB choose for quality system based on
customer orientation and customer satisfaction.

By keeping track of local and international development in the graphic industry, staffing and
business processes are being updated. Customer and staff evaluations are held at least one in a year.
Based on these results, SIB is constantly working on improvements of its quality management system.
